Halloween Art 2019 / Day 31 of RetrOCtober

So, I got to the point in my RetrOCtober challenge that I realised I had more OCs I wanted to draw for it than I had days, and that I wanted to do a special Halloween art. I decided I could do both of those things by drawing a Halloween party scene featuring the OCs I couldn't get into RetrOCtober.
